New at the Homeward Trails office located in Dog Paws University, Kitty City has arrived. Five new floor to ceiling kitty rooms have been built to house homeless kitties while they await foster and adoptive homes!

This great new addition now allows us to rescue many, many more homeless kitties.

But we need your help! We need sponsors and volunteers to make this a success! The cost to provide one kitty food, litter, meds and supplies for a month is approximately $50.

We are looking for sponsors to sponsor the kitties at Kitty City! See below to see what kitties need sponsorship! Your donation will go to cover our costs of constructing Kitty City as well as food, litter and supplies for its residents.

We also need volunteers to come in and care for and play with the kitties. We are looking volunteers to come daily to help! This is a great opportunity to directly help kitties who have just been rescued and need extra TLC!

We are thrilled that Homeward Trails is the co-owner of the PetMAC LaundroMutt. This exciting new business is a self-serve dog wash, adoption center and PetMAC shop, located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC.

PetMAC LaundroMutt will provide a new revenue stream for Homeward Trails, thus allowing us to rescue even more animals. So the more baths you take and the more all-natural items you buy, the more homeless animals are helped.
