Meet Storm, a Charming Snoozer

December 16, 2009
Posted by Evann O'Donnell

Storm is 12 years old, but has a lot of personality and life left in him! And holy smokes, he is gorgeous! giant blue eyes, soft-as-feathers fur, and totally litterbox trained! Who would give this cutie up?!

Storm’s first day with me (his foster mom) really set the tone!  While he was scared and nervous in his travel taxi, as soon as the door was opened he marched into my apartment and immediately started purring!  He gave me a big rub as he walked proudly by and explored his surroundings.  After taking in my small apartment, he jumped on the couch next to me and purred himself to sleep.

Ever since then, he has been a joy to foster!  He follows me from room to room like a puppy, always purring and rubbing against me affectionately.  He comes when I call, and loves to have his long soft fur brushed.  Every night he curls up next to me in bed, his little face resting on the pillow. What can I say, this handsome little dude is a charmer, and he’s hard not to fall in love with!  One of my favorite things about Storm is that he appreciates a good sleeping-in.  Instead of meowing at 5am as some kitties do, Storm will stay smooshed up next to you in bed snoozing until noon, waiting for you to finally deem it late enough to rise.

Can you believe someone would let this guy go?  It would be so nice for Storm to finally find a home to call his own.  In order to get his lovely mug out there, Storm put up with a few glamour shots.  What do you think??  Gorgeous, no?
