How Many Kitties Live at Kitty City?
Kitty City can accommodate 8-10 kitties at one time. It depends on if a kitty needs his own room or likes to share with another kitty. It also depends on if a kitty has medical needs that requires he have his own room. When kitties get along, we like to pair them up so that they have company!

Do you have kittens at Kitty City?
Only kitties who are old enough to have all of their vaccines stay at Kitty City, in order to prevent the spreading of disease and illness.

How long do kitties stay at Kitty City?
Kitty City was created to be a temporary home for kitties. We believe that all animals are happiest in homes. So we try to keep kitties at Kitty City for no longer than 45 days. However, there are cases where a kitty will need to stay longer (medical issues, behavioral issues, no appropriate foster home available, etc). At Homeward Trails, we work hard to ensure every animal moves into an adoptive or foster home as quickly as possible.
