Volunteers Desperately Needed for Sweetie Search Sat-Sun

We REALLY, REALLY need more volunteers to help with the search for Sweetie, the lost HT foster dog, this weekend. Thank you to all of those who have helped so far!

When: Saturday, February 20, 2010, 11:30 AM; Sunday, February 21, 2010, 11:30 AM

Where: Penn Crossing shopping center, 5730 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD (contact us if you need a ride- no car necessary to volunteer!)

What: Flier the area to generate sightings and search for Sweetie

What to bring:

- Smelly treats, like hot dogs or cat food
- A leash
- Water and a snack for you
- Please also try to bring:
----50 copies of the flier (download at http://findsweetie.blogspot.com/)
----50 plastic sheet covers (to protect the fliers from rain)
----100 thumbtacks to hang your fliers
----tape
----Sweetie's business cards (download at http://findsweetie.blogspot.com/), to hand out to folks you meet while fliering

What to wear: Wear comfortable walking clothing (snow boots are a good idea too) and a red shirt or jacket so we can easily identify you as part of the search team.
