Brave Autumn Needs a Fresh Start (by 2/15)
Autumn is a 2-year-old mostly tan shepherd mix with white paws, a black snout and ears, and white and gray neck and chest markings. This seemingly very sweet girl was unfortunately part of an awful hoarding case in southern Virginia – and we can’t imagine the amount of neglect or improper conditions. Southern Virginia shelters often have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher ethanasia rates, putting dogs like Autumn at higher risk – especially as dogs from hoarding cases often need extra vetting, TLC, and socialization / training due to no fault of their own.
