Dolly was surrendered after her owner got a new job
Dolly is confused and scared about being in the shelter. This 2-year-old Red Heeler has been living in rural Virginia with her owner, but her owner got a new job that involves travel and decided she could no longer care for her. Dolly is such a sweet girl and needs a family that has time for her. We know we can find that for her — as long as we can cover the costs of getting her here.
