Lacey is ready for a fresh start
Lacey was found roaming the streets of West Virginia. She is a 4.5-year-old terrier mix. We don’t know much about her prior life and what led to her being picked up as a stray, but we see a long and happy life ahead — as long as we can get her out of the shelter.
