Shaggy is a brown and gray-colored, long-haired Yorkie that was found in rural Virginia. This sweet, petite boy is 5 years old – and we’re not quite sure of his past. Rural Virginia shelters often have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates – so his chances where he’s currently at are not very good.
