Tippy and Tilly are scared of the shelter
Tippy and Tilly are so young to be stuck in a shelter in rural Virginia. These puppies are only 8-10 weeks old and were living in a home with their owners. But the owners decided they couldn’t keep them and surrendered them. These little ones aren’t used to the hustle and bustle of the shelter and need to get back to the safety of a home. We know we can help them find forever families, but we could use some help covering the costs of transporting and vetting them.
