Virtual Spaghetti Bingo Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Our ever-popular Spaghetti Bingo goes virtual for 2021!

Sat. March 20th 6:30-8:30pm

Sponsored by Donna Hamaker, Buck and Associates Realtors

We’ve missed you all so much and while it won’t be quite the same, we will still have a blast! As an added bonus, this year’s event is pet- and pajama-friendly, so you can show off your HT adoptees while you play B-I-N-G-O!

If you want to make it a real “night out,” we will be partnering with local restaurants that are putting together special Spaghetti Packages for you to pick up. Not only does this give you more time to pick out your best PJs and not cook, but it’s our way of giving back to the local businesses!

There will be prizes for game winners, and some trivia thrown into the mix as well, so come ready to party!

Tickets are $15 each and include 4 Bingo cards. Additional cards are available for purchase.

Virtual Bingo Cards

You should receive an email Thursday evening from Bingo Invite ( with a link to all of your pre-purchased Bingo cards. If not, please check your spam folder for the email. The subject line will say “Bingo Game Invites from” If you still don’t have it by noon on Friday, please contact with your name and email address.

Simply click the link you received to see your cards. You can either print your cards or interact with them on the screen. You may play one card at a time or multiples.

Watch this short tutorial:

PLEASE NOTE: Unlike our in-person Spaghetti Bingo nights, you WILL be able to reuse any or all of your bingo cards all night. Each virtual card has a “Reset Card” link above it.

If printing your cards, options to reuse them include: printing multiple duplicates, using pencil and eraser, or using small bingo marker pieces or makeshift bingo marker pieces to place on top of your cards.

Prepare Your Devices Setup

If playing online, you will want to be able to interact with your bingo cards AND the live Zoom event. Options:

  1. (Recommended) Stream the Zoom event on one device (positioned for all of your players to see) and each player uses their own separate device to play their cards. The bigger the screen the better.
  2. Split your screen with the Zoom window open on one side and the Bingo card(s) open in a browser window on the other side.
  3. If you are playing on a mobile device, you may have to switch back and forth between the Zoom app and your browser app to play.
  4. You may choose the Zoom Dial In audio option, when logging into the event or by using the menu arrow next to the mic after logging in to the event. Be sure to include the participant ID. You will only hear the Zoom event and not be able to see it (or be seen).

We Will Be Using Zoom For Virtual Bingo

If you do not already have Zoom installed, please download it ahead of time.

To play on your computer:

To use the Zoom app on your smartphone or tablet:

Camera and View Settings

  • To optimize the Bingo experience, use the SIDE-BY-SIDE SPEAKER VIEW. This way whoever is speaking will be on screen.

Please feel free to keep your camera on if you’d like a more collaborative environment. We’d love to see your beautiful faces. For a more private option, feel free to turn your video off. However, if you declare Bingo, or enter a break-out room, it would be great if you could turn your video on momentarily (in addition to your microphone).

Microphone Muting

When you enter, your microphone will be muted so any noises from your environment won’t interfere with the Bingo caller.

You will need to unmute to shout “Bingo!”
Click the microphone icon or hold the space bar when speaking (or hit *6 on dial-in).
Please re-mute your mic when done speaking.

We want the Bingo experience to remain interactive. But, if you notice that your video keeps popping up on the screen, it means that your microphone is not muted — please mute it again.

Chat for Help

You can use the Chat function on Zoom to send a direct message to Homeward Trails Technical Support regarding any questions or issues you are having. Prior to the event, or if you can’t get into the event, please email for assistance.

Zoom Connection Issues

If you begin to receive notices that “Your internet is unstable,” please turn off your video. If it still continues, switch to Zoom Dial In Audio by using the menu arrow next to the mic. Be sure to include the participant ID so that you are immediately reconnected. You may always send a message in Chat directly to Homeward Trails Technical Support who can help you find the menu.

Back by popular demand! Join us for our third Virtual Trivia Night, hosted by Walsh Trivia, on December 30 at 6:00 pm ET. It’s cold, we’re tired of being trapped indoors with no social lives, so come have some socially distanced fun with us and raise some money for the animals!

Register your team for $15 and gather a group of friends to join you virtually. Team members can register for $10 each. Registration closes at 4:00 pm ET on December 30. Don’t miss out!

Today,  December 1, Homeward Trails will be participating in our biggest fundraiser of the year, GivingTuesday! This one-day online day of giving will be the most important day of our year. With our revenues down this year by a whopping $200,000 due to COVID canceling our Caps Canine Calendar, our puppy party program, our kids camp, and our fall Chili Bingo we are anxious to finish 2020 in the best shape possible and start 2021 not having to leave any animal behind because of funding. But this is a tall order.
Last year on GivingTuesday, we raised $52,493.44. That amount equals our ability to help approximately 420 animals (that includes basic vaccines and tests and spay/neuter for half of them). Imagine what it will mean if we have to leave 420 animals behind. Our hearts can’t take it.
We cannot do what we do without you. Animals give us so much. And they have given so many of us that hope and love we’ve needed this year to keep going. Join us in pledging to make 2021 equally lifesaving. With your support we know we can do it!
The Giving Season is HERE! And we NEED YOU!
Starting now through December 1, we are participating in Giving Tuesday 2020, our final online fundraising event of the year.
How we fare in this event will directly impact the animals who need us next year.
We have faced a devastating loss this year of $200,000 in revenue from four major events and programs being canceled. So this year, Giving Tuesday 2020 is even more important! The animals in 2021 will need us just as they did this year and we simply must have the resources to help them.
Won’t you join us to make a donation, share this post, give from the heart FOR the animals? A minimum $5 donation can save a life when we all come together.
They need us and we need you.
Thank you! 🐾❤️

Have you ever wanted to know more about animal communication? Homeward Trails is hosting a special Zoom conversation on Sunday, June 7 at 7 pm ET with author Jeannie Lindheim, to discuss her new book Loving Animals: Conversations with an Animal Communicator.  Jeannie studied with animal communication pioneer, Penelope Smith, in Prescott, Arizona. Now she consults with pet lovers from all over the US who are trying to get information and understand how their animal feels. In the one hour presentation, Jeannie will discuss how animal communication works, share techniques she uses – as well as provide a technique that anyone can use with their animals – and she will answer your questions. Should you decide to purchase her new book on Amazon, and you write a review that mentions Homeward Trails, Jeannie will donate 100% of the proceeds from your purchase to Homeward Trails! Plus, Jeannie is generously donating her time and 100% of the proceeds from this live virtual event will go to Homeward Trails! The Zoom gathering will be recorded so even if you can’t make it live, you can still register and receive the recording to watch later. Only $10 per household.

Register for Animal Communication with Jeannie Lindheim
