HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH:

CATS: She is friendly with other cats. She is currently still with Mama, her non-biological mom.

DOGS: Unknown.

KIDS: Good with kids.

KNOWN LIKES: Playing, cuddling with Mama, and sitting on laps for a nap.

KNOWN DISLIKES: None!

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:

Mama (mom) and Lyra (non-biological kitten) came to Homeward Trails from a rural shelter. They are enjoying the comforts of living in a foster home.

The foster said:

They are a good pair and love each other; they snuggle a lot. I think it would be better to keep them together if possible. Both of them are pretty social with humans and with my 2 cats.

Mama is still young and very playful. She likes to get pet and loves back pets. She sleeps next to me but not on me. She loves to watch the world go by out the window, and also likes high perches where she can look down on everything that's happening.

Lyra is a curious, sweet kitten. She is learning how to jump and run, gets into all sorts of stuff, and falls asleep on my lap all the time. She really loves people and other cats, and follows us around the house. She's sitting on my leg right now as I type.

We would prefer to adopt Mama and Lyra as a pair.
