Willow is a sweet 1-2 year old love bug packed into a 57 lb body! She is a sweet and friendly, affectionate girl who loves being around people, including children. Her foster mom describes her as "very friendly a very good girl!" She has also been doing a great job with house training.

She's the perfect companion for exploring, whether it be long walks or fun hikes! She loves exploring in the yard and does well around other dogs, and is doing a fantastic job since she arrived from rural southwest Virginia.

Luckily, because of the generosity of an amazing foster family, we were able to spring Willow from the rural southwest Va shelter she was stuck in. It was just in the nick of time, too, because the shelter is so crowded that sadly, they are having to euthanize dogs just because they have no space for them. 🙁

Sweet Willow does well with other dogs, and loves all people she meets. We do not know how she is with cats. Willow gets attached to her people quickly and is a very loyal pup.

Willow will need a person or family committed to making sure she gets the exercise, training and attention that any dog needs. Could YOU be her forever person or family?? She certainly hopes so!!

The adoption fee for this dog is $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters.
