Kittens must be adopted in pairs or to homes with a young, active, welcoming cat. They will not be considered as a single cat or single pet.

Meet the Dynamic duo Gracie and Saanvi. These 11 week old female kittens are fairly new arrivals to their foster home. They are settling in well and are excited about their new adventures. While both are charming, friendly, active and curious, Gracie is the snugglier one right out of the starting gate. Gracie is energetic and fearless, and would love to be your living feather boa if you'd let her.

Saanvi also likes a snuggle but is more reserved than her sibling. She's playful but less rambunctious, and usually gracefully distances herself a little if things get too chaotic.

The kittens love poncing on toes, dinner time, and wrestling with one another. Saanvi isn't a huge fan of the dog, but tolerates him as long as leaves her be. They both are good with tweens/teens and behaved well towards a 7 yo neighbor.

Both girls use the litter box and the scratching post like champs.

Will you be their lucky human?!? Do you know someone who could be?!?

Grace and Saanvi came to Homeward Trails after they were surrendered to a rural Virginia shelter.

The adoption fee for this cat is $170, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchipping. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered.

We are proud to partner with the following veterinarians who offer a free first exam for your animal, exclusively for HT adopters: Caring Hands Animal Hospital, Palisades Veterinary Clinic, Jermantown Animal Hospital, and Clarendon Animal Care and all VCA Animal Hospitals. Additionally, any VCA hospital will cover illnesses up to $250 at no cost to any Homeward Trails adopter. Just ask us how this works!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high risk shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering by visiting http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program/
