KNOWN WITH DOGS: Dirk does very well with other dogs, he loves to play and is a rough & tumble boy

KNOWN WITH CATS: Dirk has not met a cat yet so we're not sure!

KNOWN WITH KIDS: Dirk has met and seems to enjoy humans of all ages!

KNOWN COMMANDS: He knows "sit," stay tuned for more!

KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Dirk has been doing a wonderful job with house training!

KNOWN LIKES: Treats. Exercise. Mental and physical exercise. Dogs of all sizes. People of all ages.

"Dirk is an absolute doll. Even his groomer fell in love with him. He will make someone the perfect companion, and he needs some basic training! His manners have already improved quite a bit in just a couple of weeks.

He's working on his leash manners and has gotten better on a leash but can be kind of all over the place, especially when he sees a fox!

He's completely housetrained as far as I can tell!

He loves to chase balls and chew on bones (or his stuffie). He is not a big fan of the crate but is great sleeping on a dog bed or in the bed next to me all night, only leaving the room to get water.

He doesn't appear to be a fence jumper.

He loves to go outside but wants you to be out there with him.:)

He's gorgeous and he's an absolute sweetheart!"
