Pet Foster Forms

To determine if you are right for HT and HT is right for you, take a moment to read our Foster FAQs. If you are ready to jump on board and join the HT Foster Team, please fill out the appropriate questionnaire. You will receive a response from HT promptly — please check your spam folder as sometimes our messages end up there.

A Foster Coordinator will follow up with you to provide you with more info about the HT Foster Program and answer any questions you may have. You will be asked to sign a Foster Agreement before getting started. This Agreement clarifies what you can expect from HT and what HT can expect from you.

Felix! is a rockstar learner, a master goofball, and all around great companion. He is not a fan of cats, small animals or children. BUT HE IS A FAN OF FRIENDSHIP! Felix knows quite a few commands, agility and loves to take strolls with his peeps. He would probably be a great couch potato (for someone with a really big couch and equally as big heart).
