It’s time for the annual Up Close & PAWSonal Photo Contest!

Here is your chance to:

• Showcase your favorite four-legged family member!
• Raise money for the animals of Homeward Trails!
• Win prizes!

First-place finishers in both cat and dog categories get a $150 Amazon gift card and their pet featured on the Homeward Trails facebook page. Overall winner will also get a personalized sketch of their pet! Second-place dog and second-place cat each get a $75 Amazon gift card. Third-place dog and cat each get a Homeward Trails hat. 

How?

1. Get a quality picture of your loveable Homeward Trails adoptee(s).

2. Get your pet’s answers to these three questions:
   • My best feature is ______________.
   • If I were another kind of animal I would be ______________.
   • You should vote for me because ______________.
3. SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY ASAP, no later than April 15.
4. Watch your email for your personalized link.
5. Promote your pet’s donate-to-vote page far and wide!

The Deets

All submissions must be received by 11:59pm Eastern FRIDAY, April 15, 2022. 

Voting opens April 22 and runs through May 6, 2022.

$10 donation = 1 vote.

Winners will be announced on May 8, 2022. The animal/entry with the most votes/dollars raised will be the winner. Separate winners will be announced for dogs and cats.

Please be mindful that the creation of each bio link takes time and resources from our staff. So be sure to make the effort worthwhile & promote it widely to help raise needed funds for the animals who need us!
